St Patrick’s Community Support Centre was established in 1972. It is situated in Fremantle and operates as a day centre providing information and assistance on a wide range of issues including alcohol and other drug related problems, and housing. The aim of the service is to offer clients the opportunity and resources to meet individual needs and consequently improve their quality of life and overall wellbeing.
Services Provided:
Persons living in the Perth South Metropolitan area who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and experiencing a range of difficulties including unemployment, disabilities, mental health and substance use.
Persons must be 18 years or over to enter the Day Centre, and be in possession of a Centrelink concession card to access many of the services. Other eligibility criteria exist for programs such as the Street to Home program, Youth Place and accommodation services. Please contact the organisation for further details.
