St Patrick’s Community Support Centre is situated in Fremantle and operates as a day centre providing information and assistance via Emergency Relief, and in-house Health Clinic, specialist support programs and accommodation options. The aim of the service is to offer clients the opportunity and the resources to meet individual needs and consequently improve their quality of life and overall wellbeing.
Services Provided:
Persons living in the Perth South Metropolitan area (Fremantle and surrounding suburbs) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and experiencing a range of difficulties including unemployment, disabilities, mental health and substance use.
Persons must be 18 years or over to enter the Day Centre. The Day Centre is for low income persons and those that are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Centrelink concession card required to access some of the services. Other eligibility criteria exists for programs such as the Street to Home program, Youth Place and accommodation services.
