16 years + Persons that have a diagnosed Mental Illness, or suspected undiagnosed mental illness that is limiting ability to cope with day to day life Willingness to address any alcohol or drug addictions 16 years + Persons that have a diagnosed mental illness, or suspected undiagnosed mental illness that is limiting ability to cope with day to day life. Willingness to address any alcohol or drug addictions Currently residing outside of a psychiatric institution, acute care hospital or supported accommodation Free from the management of the state judicial system Individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness. PIR aims to support people with severe and persistent mental illness with complex needs and their carers and families, by getting multiple sectors, services and supports they may come into contact with (and could benefit from) to work in a more collaborative, coordinated and integrated way
