To further enhance the support available to families, a parent support network has been established. In addition to professional support, parent caller can elect to speak to one of our 32 trained parent volunteers who have experienced a son or daughter using drugs. Parents are able to provide practical information, mutual strategies, support, guidance and shared personal experience. The service aims to provide parents and families with information, support and knowledge, and encourage parents to seek support for themselves. Parents will also offer the caller follow up support.
