Parent and Family Drug Support Line is staffed by both professional counsellors and parent support volunteers. The counsellors provide advice, information & professional counselling to people who are concerned about their child’s or family member’s alcohol and drug use. The Parent Support Network volunteers provide parent to parent experiential and credible support for people who may be concerned about their child’s alcohol and drug use.

This is a free and confidential service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for professional help or between the hours of 8am to 9pm 7 days a week for parent support.
When you call you can choose to speak to:
